But in these tough economic times for Barcelona and the global market, Barcelona should preferably not buy Kanté, and should have come up with a proposal for Chelsea that the PL club could conceive of.
Barça hopes to replace Philippe Coutinho with the 29-year-old Frenchman, says Mundo Deportivo. The Brazilian striker was recruited by a billion in the winter of 2018, but has not fulfilled what was expected in Barcelona. This season he has been loaned to Bayern Munich, and should be open to permanent change from Camp Nou, but only to the Premier League.
