The SOS Alarm received the alarm at 01.50 the night before Tuesday. Ambulance, police and emergency services rushed to the scene.
The explosion occurred at a gate in Brunnbäcksgatan and caused internal and external material damage to the rented property.
– There were quite a few windows, even upstairs, that had disappeared. The entire entrance was gone. It was a water leak after items had been broken. But no one was injured, says Lars Anderberg, internal commander of the Skåne Northwest Rescue Service.
It is unclear if there was any threat to property.
– He has external and internal exploration and is working full time to see what he can make it explode right there, says Richard Trincas and continues:
– It is quite extensive damage to the windows and the part of the door itself, but I don’t know at this time if the explosion was inside the door or just outside. It is closed and the bomb squad is heading to the site, says Richars Trincas.
The incident is classified as general destruction. There is currently no suspect.
