BAUHAUS builds Swedish ice hockey
This was not how it would be.
HV71 was going to fight for the gold of the Swedish Championship and Lias Andersson was destined to be the first center. But that did not happen. Nothing of that.
Many things have gone wrong. In fact, most things have gone well. I had HV tea.
So many wrong decisions in your own area. So much hassle and so many setbacks and cod. And I don’t know how many games the HV71 players have gone feeling sorry for themselves. But sometimes it has looked like that.
As always, there are excuses for every cod. On the other hand, it is more difficult to explain why one has not assimilated enough in the face of goals.
Against Skellefteå on Thursday, HV encountered too good a resistance. A golden candidate who did not offer any free chances and who broke the HV71 on the nose by conjuring a technical variance that made it 1-0 and was more or less enough to break Jönköping’s hockey pride.
HV71 came into the game with Malmö with four consecutive defeats at the same time that Malmö had three wins in a row. If it was noticed?
Of course. As is well known, elite sports are largely about psychology and self-confidence.

Malmö is in a vulnerable position, but it has also known that this season will be tough and it is mainly to secure the SHL contract that is enforced. You are well on your way to doing so. Coach Joakim Fagervall has remained calm in most cases, despite the fact that there have been many periods of adversity.
Goalie Oscar Alsenfelt plays a crucial role in the Redhawks’ latest game. There, Malmö has a huge advantage over the other four teams at the bottom of the table.
Malmö is barely more skilled than the others, but with the twin chain with Pathrik and Ponthus Westerholm and the highly invaluable Emil Sylvegård, you have a sharp trio. Westerholmarna creates many opportunities and is toxic in the power play. Sylvegård is the player you love to have on your team, but who you, as an opponent, would have liked to hit.
## If only I had a few!
Several of the last American recruits have been unsuccessful. But Adam Johnson’s entry has been even more successful. His coolness and skill in both 1-0 and 2-1 was the big difference in the match that has perhaps meant the most to Malmö this SHL season. With a bit of fluidity with opponents’ results, and if Malmö manages to get on its feet after the massive game schedule awaiting them with a match against Luleå already on Sunday, it may be the round of 16 in a month.
However, the question is how the HV71 should work. When will players get rid of the fear of losing? Only when Malmö was 3-1 did HV71 play with a little more frenzy on offense. It was a reduction to 3-2 in the third period. Closer than that were no HV points.
Now that it is the most cursed thing for HV71, it is the previously criticized Hill Emil Johansson who remains calm and has a presence in the game. Anyone moving their legs and looking for solutions.
This means that it deserves a lot of playing time. Otherwise it is quite pale in HV. Leadership in the team is weak.
Head coach Stephan “Lillis” Lundh has the biggest task in front of him to make sure HV71 makes the bastards hug the team and cut themselves. There is knowledge. But in hockey, it takes a lot to balance knowledge with power and cold.
HV made a good attempt in seeking a draw against Malmö and it is the little pool of hope that Lundh must turn into a source of energy to pour out.
After 45 games played, HV71 is jumbo in the SHL. The worst in the league. Now it can’t get any worse.
So the question is whether HV players intend to find themselves at their worst. And if you want to write yourself in the history books as the gang that played HV71 outside of SHL and entered the Hockeyallsvenskan.
If the answer is no, it is time to do something to prove otherwise.
