Critics have feared that the European Championship will end in crown chaos.
In Kolding, where two groups of the European Championship are decided, the eight teams live in the same hotel and meet in the now famous “red bubble”.
Now the European Championships have received their first confirmed crown drop within the bubble.
All equipment isolated
A Serbian player tested positive when the team arrived in Kolding and the European Championship hotel on Thursday. Last night, the organizer announced that the premiere of Serbia against the Netherlands on Friday has been postponed one day, to Saturday.
The player has been quarantined and the rest of the team, which tested negative, is isolated. All players will be evaluated again on Friday and then Saturday.
Sweden plays in Kolding, where groups 1 and 2 are decided. Nor do the eight teams live here in the same hotel.
