KD leader Ebba Busch previously sued Esbjörn Bolin because he did not complete the real estate deal from August last year.
Ebba Busch has no plans to withdraw from the battle, which has now begun to generate concern among his party colleagues, about which SVT reported last week.

Ebba Busch wants to see medical records
Ebba Busch is now requesting access to, among other things, old medical records on Esbjörn Bolin and two neuropsychological investigations from 2010 and 2012.
On the table for the next hearing in the Uppsala District Court is a neuropsychological investigation (memory investigation) that was conducted between December 7, 2020 and January 13 of this year.
Esbjörn Bolin had to undergo several different tests. The investigation was commissioned by Representative Johann Binninge. Much of the result is classified, but the part published by the district court concludes that Esbjörn has mild cognitive impairment.

Ebba Busch wants to access the background material the psychologist had when he conducted the investigation.
And the KD leader is prepared to bring in an expert to do his own analysis.
– These are considerations that are made, says lawyer Katrin Björklund, who represents Ebba Busch in the process.
He does not want to comment on whether the expert should only act as a sounding board for Ebba Busch or if he should make his own statement about Esbjörn Bolin’s health.
Representative Johann Binninge claims that they give Ebba Busch access to this material, which may mean that the time for the preliminary hearing is delayed.
