A car accident happened in downtown Kil when a car hit a bank. Stock Photography.
During the night until Friday, the police received an alarm about a traffic accident in downtown Kil. A car had entered Swedbank and caused serious damage to the building.
“The car has done quite violent damage to the facade, it was open to the room,” says Lars Hedelin, a press spokesman for the Bergslagen police.
– I don’t know if there is a broken showcase or if it is actually a hole in the wall. But the security guards are there and watch the hole.
In connection with the incident, witnesses were able to see the driver running off the scene. Traffic oversight and unauthorized deviation from the crash site have been prepared.
Police searched the driver with a dog overnight without success. No one is arrested at this time.
– But there is evidence, so it should probably be resolved, says Lars Hedelin.
