Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan have a total of 72 electoral votes. If the Supreme Court prevented them from participating in the Electoral College, Joe Biden would have 234 votes and Donald Trump his 232.
None of the candidates would then rise in the 270 votes necessary to obtain a majority and the election would then go to the House of Representatives. What would happen next is not very clear.
