The Ice Cube Criticism
Rap legend Ice Cube, 51, has come under fire for meeting with Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, and discussing the president’s so-called “Platinum Plan” aimed specifically at black Americans.
In interviews, the NWA star, who previously criticized Trump, defended himself saying that “speaking the truth with power is part of the process” to improve the living situation of black Americans.
“I am willing to meet anyone who can make this happen,” he told Fox News, emphasizing that he did not decide on Trump or Biden.
50 and Kanye changed
It was also reported that 50 Cent showed his support for Trump when he criticized Biden’s plan to increase taxes for high-income people and received harsh criticism.
He later claimed that he had been misunderstood and that he would certainly vote for Biden.
Another rapper who praised Donald Trump is Kim Kardashian’s husband, Kanye West, but this year he himself is running for the presidential election as a candidate.
