Donald Trump’s ax has fallen again. This time it’s IT security chief Chris Krebs, who relied on the president’s dissatisfaction and was fired, via Twitter.
The reason Trump himself claims is that Krebs refused to accept Trump’s allegations of election fraud, taken from the air. His agency, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, has run a site that verified conspiracy theories about the election, spread by Trump and his supporters.
Trump’s conspiracy theories verified by facts
In a statement, Krebs called the elections “the safest in American history”:
“There is no evidence that any counting system has eliminated or lost votes, changed votes or been compromised in any other way.”
Earlier in the day, Krebs tweeted that 59 election security experts agree that “in all the cases that we are aware of, these allegations have been unfounded or technically incoherent.”
Trump describes Krebs’ statements as “very incorrect” and then lists his previously incorrect statements about the election.

Krebs is expected to be fired
According to Politico sources, Krebs had expected to be fired since the election and has continued to criticize Trump’s claims. On Twitter, he has also repeatedly retweeted the statements of various experts about Trump’s actions.
He also called the claim that the dead have voted, to which Trump and his followers often return, sheer nonsense.
After the election defeat, Donald Trump, among other things, fired Defense Minister Mark Esper and others within the Pentagon.
