Kulusevski cheers after the goal on debut.
Thirteen minutes.
Dejan Kulusevski needed so little time to appear at Juventus.
– It’s a lot of fun, of course, says the captain of the national team Janne Andersson to Sportbladet.
Swedish national team player Dejan Kulusevski shows that he deserves trust from the start. In the season premiere against Sampdoria, the 20-year-old’s debut with Italian giant Juventus has found the net immediately.
– It’s a lot of fun, of course. Quickly perceived and well positioned in the distance, says national team captain Janne Andersson to Sportbladet.
He snatched the ball from Ronaldo
Striker colleague Cristiano Ronaldo ran into the penalty area, the ball bouncing off him and returning to Kulusevski. On a strike, he made it 1-0 near the far post in the thirteenth minute of the game with a left back.
The Swede celebrated it masterfully, he barely played a minute and high five with Danilo, and received a hug from Ronaldo.
– He has all the qualities to grow at the same level as Zlatan Ibrahimovic. He dares to believe that he will be the best in the world, and he is determined to do so. So I think it can be, and Juventus wouldn’t have bought it for so much money if it hadn’t, says C More expert Vicki Blommé.
The match is ongoing, Juventus leads 1-0.
Juventus bought Kulusevski last winter for just over SEK 300 million, but for the rest of last season he was loaned out to Juve rival Parma. There he scored ten goals and nine assists in 36 Serie A games.
