“Cyberpunk 2077” has sold 13 million copies since its release on December 10 through December 20, according to an estimate from the creators of CD Project Red to its investors, according to Polygon.
Copies returned by customers as a result of deficiencies are excluded. The 13 million are therefore games that are still at home with customers, either installed or on a physical disk.
That makes “Cyberpunk 2077” one of the biggest game releases this year, perhaps the biggest, according to the game’s site.
The action RPG “Cyberpunk 2077” had a shaky release, to say the least, on December 10, where especially the Playstation 4 and Xbox One versions contained many bugs and technical deficiencies. Polish CD Project Red has promised updates to fix the worst problems.
