The accident occurred in Skabersjöby in the municipality of Svedala, near the road to Torup, at 7:26 p.m. Police, rescue services and five ambulances were dispatched to the scene.
The passengers of the car had been trapped by the force of the blow against the tree and had to be removed with the help of tools.

Three were taken to the hospital
According to Hampus Aronsson, it was a car that went off the road and hit a tree.
– We still don’t know exactly how it happened, he says.
At 8:19 p.m., an injured person had been put into an ambulance but had not yet been transported by road.
At 8:47 p.m., the police announced that three people had been taken to the hospital by ambulance. The operation was nearing completion and rescuers would collect the car.
There was no information on the injury status of the three who were taken to hospital.
