Joe Biden, the Democratic presidential nominee, now greets his rival on Twitter after it was confirmed that President Donald Trump was infected with corona.
“Jill and I are sending our thoughts to President Trump and Melania Trump and we look forward to a speedy recovery. We will continue to pray for the health and safety of the President and his family,” Joe Biden tweeted.
Biden’s horse pair before the election, Kamala Harris also expresses her support for the presidential pair.
“Doug and I join forces with Joe Biden and Dr. Biden in wishing the President and the First Lady a speedy and full recovery. We have the entire Trump family in our thoughts, ”he writes on Twitter.
Democrat Pete Buttigieg, who was among those who fought to become the Democratic presidential candidate in the elections, expresses his support on Twitter.
“I wish President Trump and his wife a full and speedy recovery,” he wrote.
