Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden says in an interview that he expects “personal attacks and lies” from Donald Trump in his first debate. Biden also resembles US President Joseph Goebbels’ Nazi German Propaganda Minister.
In a televised interview on the American television channel MSNBC on Saturday, Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden spoke about the upcoming election debate with Donald Trump.
– It will be difficult. My guess is that it will attack immediately. Mostly personal. That’s the only thing he knows how to do, says Joe Biden.
Tuesday’s debate in Cleveland will be Joe Biden’s first against Donald Trump. Thereafter, the two candidates will meet for two more debates before the November 3 elections.
– He does not know how to debate facts. He’s not smart enough. He doesn’t know much about foreign policy, he doesn’t know much about domestic policy, he doesn’t know much about the details, says Joe Biden of his opponent.
Instead, Biden says he expects “personal attacks and lies.” Donald Trump has repeatedly referred to Joe Biden as “Sleepy Joe,” a sleepy Joe, and has questioned the mental acuity of his rivals.
Donald Trump also accused Joe Biden of wanting to follow a socialist agenda. When Biden is asked how he should handle Trump by constantly repeating his accusations, Biden looks like the chairman of Nazi Germany’s propaganda minister.
– It’s a bit like Goebbels. You tell a lie quite often, and if you keep repeating it, repeating it, repeating it, it will eventually become public domain, says Joe Biden.
