I don’t understand why it would be a human right to shoot fireworks.

Every year it only gets worse, from a week before Christmas to a few weeks after New Years, you have to be bothered by explosions everywhere, animals to be scared but worst of all, walk and be afraid of being shot at a show of fireworks. destroy parts / your whole house (ie “bombed” when shopping). Also, every year there is a fireworks store robbery with big fireworks, some drunk goers get injured when shot at and dirty, what else is required to just ban them?
We enacted laws against the pandemic so that the government can enter and close businesses run by private entrepreneurs, but we cannot do something as simple as prohibit something that is completely unnecessary and that nobody needs, why?
