Shortly after midnight Tuesday, police were alerted to a parking lot adjacent to Sannaskolan in Sandarna. There, two people, a man and a woman, allegedly assaulted a man in his 40s. The man is said to have been stabbed, among other things.
– This is witnessed by several witnesses, residents of the area. A person wakes up when he hears Sannaskolan’s screams. Then the author saw that someone was lying down and was beaten, says Thomas Fuxborg, a press spokesman for the police in the Western Region.
The man was taken to the hospital and must have been awake and talkative in connection with this. Otherwise, the damage situation is unknown.
How has the man been stabbed?
– I don’t come out with that, but there are more knife wounds than he has, says Tomas Fuxborg.
Police were able to locate the two perpetrators from the crime scene. They were detained in an apartment in the vicinity.
– We followed from the crime scene and there were traces of blood at the scene leading to an apartment in the immediate area. There we arrested a man and a woman who are now suspected of attempted murder, says Thomas Fuxborg.
The alleged perpetrators are a woman in her 25s and a man in her 30s.
