Aron Flam’s tiger blinks one eye, makes a sieg heil salute with its paw, and wears a bracelet with a swastika.
Used the tiger on social media, as well as on the cover of his book This is a swedish tiger, which is about how the Social Democrats acted against Nazi Germany during the war.
The prosecutor believes that Aron Flam’s tiger is a violation of copyright law.
The Private Museum of Emergency Preparedness in Helsingborg owns the rights to the tiger and demands millions from Aron Flam. Representatives of the museum today do not want to comment on the case.
The defense has during the day he told the story of the late Bertil Almqvist, and showed his satirical drawings which, among other things, were published on Aftonbladet.
According to lawyer Monique Wadstedt, Almqvist himself used the tiger in his parodic drawings directed at the government, and he probably shouldn’t care that another satirist, Aron Flam, does the same 60 years later.
However, Bertil Almqvist’s daughter Christina Billgren, who was heard in court today, does not think so.
– He wanted his things for him, he didn’t like people to start picking on his things, she says.
