The alarm about the incident came at 4 pm on Sunday.
– It began with a robbery in a house where two perpetrators broke in and threatened residents with an object similar to a gun. The perpetrators brought things from the house, says Göran Carlbom, an officer on duty in the police.
Outside the house, two more people were threatened.
– The case concerns armed robbery and manifestly illegal threats against residents and manifestly illegal threats against those outside, says Göran Carlbom.
“Obviously surprised”
People in the home were not physically injured.
– But they are obviously surprised, says Carlbom.
It is not clear how the perpetrators disappeared from the scene, but the last time they were visible they were on foot.
Police searched the area for the men and also stopped cars for inspection. However, to no avail.
– We have narrowed the search. An investigation and questioning of the crime scene will now take place. We’ll see if there’s anything technically interesting on the site, says Göran Carlbom just before 7pm on Sunday night.
