Secretary of State Katie Hobbs signed the election results in Phoenix on Monday, The Arizona Republic reports. He did so alongside, among others, the Republican Governor of Arizona Doug Ducey and the Republican Attorney General.

However, a change in Wisconsin alone would not be enough to overturn the position nationally, where Biden leads with 306 electoral votes against Trump’s 232.
