Andrea Pirlo om Dejan Kulusevskis debuted for Juventus

Dejan Kulusevski didn’t need 13 minutes on the pitch before starting his goal production for Juventus with a well-balanced left winger.

Juventus, in the first game of new coach Andrea Pirlo at the helm, then won comfortably 3-0 against Sampdoria in the premiere of Serie A.

And after the match, Pirlo chose to pay tribute to his Swedish talent, just as the Italian newspapers poured superlatives.

– Kulusevski does not have 20 years in his head, he is already a champion in what he gives, he showed it already in the first game, Pirlo tells Juventus TV according to TV4’s Fotbollskanalen.

– He did it in the best way possible, not only through goals, but also doing the hard work on pressure and counterattacks that later benefited the team.

Ekdal disappointed

As a team, Pirlo’s project showed positive trends, although it was not necessarily an exuberant champion team that took three opening points.

– It will take time to put everything together. I don’t just want to copy and paste someone else’s ideas. I have my own ideas and I want to adapt to the team that inspired me, says Pirlo according to Football-Italia.

However, the Swedes were not entirely satisfied after Sunday afternoon in Italy. After all, another Swedish national team captained the losing team at Allianz Stadium.
