The man, who is in his 30s, is accused of logging in and retrieving classified material from the healthcare computer system, including gynecological records, 74 times.
It should have happened around the New Year 2018-2019.
The prosecutor describes some of the beatings as “part of the mapping and harassment against an ethnic / religious minority.”
If information had come out about patients belonging to that minority, it could have meant “serious danger for the plaintiffs,” it is said.
The man is also said to have had accounts on various social networks where he posted information about the health and sexual lives of several of the patients, according to the indictment.
Young woman threatened
You have taken patient notes and saved photos and chat messages about them to a USB stick.
At one point, he allegedly threatened a young woman into publishing information about her. “The slightest threat from you or your backward sisters, you know this is coming out.”
One woman has been particularly exposed. Photos of her have been posted on an international porn site based in Cyprus and ten million members.
Malmöbon is alleged to have made that post together with a man in his 60s from central Sweden. First, photos of the woman were posted there; later, links to that publication were disseminated elsewhere.
Anonymous online accounts
They are also said to have posted photos of another woman “that placed her in a sexual context.”
The prosecutor assures that it is the two Swedes who are hiding behind several anonymous accounts that have spread to the offending publications.
He is charged with serious data breach, grossly unlawful invasion of privacy, breach of confidentiality, unlawful threats and gross defamation. It is unclear whether Malmö residents admit or deny the crime.
