Affe Hagström has decided to leave “Idol”.
The participant says that they have felt stress and anxiety about their participation.
– I feel that the negative is significantly more than the positive, he says in an interview with the presenter Pär Lernstöm.
The message comes a few hours before the fourth final on Friday on “Idol.”
Affe Hagström, 21, says Pär Lernström has not felt comfortable during the “Idol” trip, in a clip that has been published on TV4.
Feeling stress and anxiety
The participant of “Idol” says that he is a person who wants to feel a lot and is a perfectionist who wants to let things take their time. Something that doesn’t fit the pressure of time on “Idol” where you have to perform live once a week.
– It doesn’t occur to me how I can be natural about it and feel comfortable about it. And if you don’t feel comfortable driving live in front of hundreds of thousands, maybe millions of people, then it’s stressful and you feel anxious – that’s exactly what I’ve done.
“It has been a process”
He says it was not an easy decision to make.
– For a few days you have felt that this is very funny, I continue, and other days it has seemed hard. This is the feeling that has been repeating lately. It is not a hasty decision that I have made, it has been a process that I have been thinking about for a long time.
At the same time, he has no regrets about getting on the “Idol” train from the beginning.
– I’ve tried, tried, and gone out of the box to some degree when compared to what I’ve done before. So it’s been fun too.

Ship as usual
Malin Knave, executive producer of TV4, writes in a text message to Aftonbladet:
“Of course, it is very sad that Affe decides to leave ‘Idol’, he is a very nice guy with a fantastic voice and, in his own way, has golden this year’s season. We respect his decision and wish him every success and I am convinced that that he will go far with his musical dreams ”.
When asked if anyone is going out tonight, she replies:
“Tonight’s broadcast is on as usual.”
