On the night of August 2, 12-year-old Adriana was shot dead in front of a gas station in Norsborg, in Botkyrka municipality.
It was only two weeks before seventh grade began.
A man who had been previously arrested in his absence was arrested Tuesday morning. It is suspected of overtly protecting criminals.

“The police investigation with the aim of prosecuting those responsible for this shooting in which an innocent child was the victim is an absolute priority for the police”, writes the police on their website.
– Adriana was a girl who wanted to change the suburbs. I wanted to be a politician. She was tough and fair. She was a peacemaker, Adriana’s mother said in connection with the funeral.
The perpetrators opened fire from a white Audi.
According to information from Expressen, DNA traces have been found on one or more holsters at the crime scene, and the technical traces must have been secured in the getaway car.
