Adam Alsing died after suffering from the crown virus, his family says through Daniel Lagerqvist on Discovery Networks for TT.

The radio and television profile turned 51 years old.

“It is with great sadness and tremendous failure that we are forced to announce that our beloved Adam is no longer with us. After a couple of weeks of fighting covid-19, Adam passed away on Wednesday, “Alsing’s relatives said in a statement to TT.

“Family members and family members wish to thank the fantastic staff who paid attention to Adam during his stay at Södersjukhuset in Stockholm. We also want to appeal for respect for our privacy during this time of pain and silence. Do not comment further.”

Daniel Lagerqvist, Discovery’s head of communications, says in a statement to Aftonbladet:

“With great sadness and dismay we receive the message that Adam is no longer with us. Our thoughts go to Adam’s family and relatives. ”

Richard Mazeret, CEO of NRJ, tells Aftonbladet:

“It is a shock to all of us at NRJ, we are devastated and our thoughts are with Adam’s family and closest.”

Adam Alsing started his career in the early 90s on TV4 and then got his own talk show on TV3. Then he went to Channel 5 and directed programs like “Big Brother.”

For several years he directed “Finally Tomorrow” at Mix Megapol together with Gry Forssell, among others.

He recently appeared as one of the show’s leaders on “NRJ Morning with Adam Alsing” and with his own podcast “Adam and Company” which he had with Daniel Breitholtz and Vanessa Falk.

Adam Alsing turned 51 years old. His wife mourns him more Anette Alsing with whom he was for more than 30 years, and the children Sebastian and Kasper.
