A man and a woman in their 50s were shot on Saturday night in the Hjällbo district in Gothenburg, the police state on Sunday. The man and woman survived without physical injury.
“We have conducted more questioning with witnesses and plaintiffs during the day,” police spokesman Fredrik Svedemyr tells TT.
It was shortly before 6 p.m. Saturday that police were alerted to a shooting in a parking lot. Multiple witnesses are said to have seen multiple people shoot at least one person and then leave the scene in a car.
A preliminary investigation into attempted murder has been launched. It is not clear if the man and woman had any connection to the perpetrators.
– The investigation should simply take over and then we can create a picture of what happened, says Fredrik Svedemyr.
So far no one has been arrested.
