In the game against Oskarshamn in Hovet, defender Tobias Ekberg returned after a two-game absence due to injury. But Tom Nilsson was absent after facing Luleå and the meritorious Nilsson of the national team will be out for at least a month.

Djurgården expects forward Linus Andersson to return for Thursday’s game against Linköping. Andersson followed the game against Oskarshamn from the stands and believes he can play against the LHC again after spending more than three games due to an upper body injury.

Djurgården did not manage to follow the 3-2 win over Luleå with another victory or even points at home against Oskarshamn, who took a 3-1 lead and could decide through Filiph Engsund in the third period.
– I am proud of the achievement, very happy with the results. It was very even, says IKO coach Martin Filander.
Djurgård coach Robert Ohlsson was less happy.
– Dissatisfied. I don’t like it at all. A couple of decisions are not enough for us. I think it will be costly with some decisions we make, both with the disc and in ejection situations. The ejections brought us down at Ängelholm (3-5 against Rögle) and today I think that and the decision with the puck will bring us down, says Ohlsson.
Djurgårdscentern Michael Haga received a match penalty (5 + 20 minute suspension) for a main tackle and Henrik Eriksson received 2 + 10 minutes for a back tackle from Oskarshamn’s Philip Samuelsson.
– It will be an agitated Djurgården. It seemed like we were on the slopes at the start of the game and we had a good game plan. It was a lot that felt good, but we got away and we are to blame, so it doesn’t feel fun, says Robert Ohlsson disappointed.
