One of the weapons of the robbery has been found in the Government Offices.
He was found during a house search after a robbery.
The person with the gun was a 15-year-old boy fleeing an HVB home.
He is now accused, at the behest of gang members, of attempting to murder a young man as part of an ongoing war on drugs.

The 15-year-old boy was cared for late last year at an HVB home in Uppsala because he had a drug and crime problem.
In late December, he ran away from home and caught a train north to Sundsvall, where he met several people he met online. They broke in together and then went to an apartment, then the police attacked.
In a plastic bag with the boy’s belongings in the apartment, they found a Glock 17, which turned out to be one of the weapons in the theft at the Government Offices that Dagens Juridik revealed two months earlier.

Gave his little brother’s social security number

To the patrol in the department, the boy gave the social security number of his 13-year-old brother, so he contacted social services and they picked him up from the department.
They took him to his premises, but only a couple of hours later social services called the police and told them that the boy had wandered.

Almost a day later, however, he called the police house intercom and wanted to enter, and now he gave his real social security number.

The boy did not want to say who he bought the gun from, but said: “It was not cheap.”
When asked what he would have the weapon for, he replied, “You never know.”
Already in the first interrogation, the boy admitted a serious crime with firearms.

The serial number was correct

During the investigation, the weapon was examined and its serial number verified. Therefore, the Sundsvall police contacted the Stockholm investigator, who deals with the theft of weapons in government offices, who confirmed that the weapon came from that theft.

The 15-year-old boy was released. Six months later, he was questioned again about the weapon. He then answers “No comment” to all questions from the police.
It takes a few more months, then the boy is arrested again, this time for preparation and attempted murder.
According to the prosecutor, during a period this spring he attempted to murder a young man in an ongoing gang fight.

Prosecuted for attempted murder

“During the period from April 10 to May 19, 2020 in an unknown location in Sweden, NN undertook to kill the plaintiffs and from May 16 to 19, 2020 in Järfälla with the intention of committing the crime, received and stored a pistol and ammunition, which were special intended to be used as an aid in the murder, after which on May 18, 2020 he went to Viksjöleden in Järfälla to shoot the plaintiffs. It has been small, ”the lawsuit states.

Dagens Juridik a year ago.

The murder plans were revealed through the decrypted mobile app Encrochat, where multiple people with gang connections spoke about the boy.
“Yes brother, your friend has formed a real soldier who seems like a very nice boy haha”, they wrote among other things.

“Soldier”

They discuss whether the boy will be able to carry out the planned murder.
“Of course a soldier can come. Besides, he wants to show his front feet, so there is no room for mistakes.”

The assassination attempt takes place on May 19. Then the boy fires several shots at a young man, who survives. Minutes later, two co-defendants discuss what happened in the chat. One of them had contact with the boy immediately after the shooting.
“I hope it has not failed,” he writes.
“That’s what you have to take into account when making a budget, brother haha”, the other responds.

“Shame to fail”

They discuss how it happened, that the victim was sitting on a bench when the shots were fired, and that the boy dropped the gun before fleeing.
“These are embarrassing, fail, get angry”

After several months of investigative work, the minor was arrested, as well as three men aged 27, 27 and 33, suspected, among other things, of incitement to attempted murder, attempted murder, complicity in attempted murder and crime with aggravated weapon.
They were charged a week ago.

Another gun

The Glock pistol that was stolen from the Government Offices was attended to by the police already during the previous investigation, and was another weapon that was used in the assassination attempt.
The prosecutor in the case of the theft of the pistols from the Government Offices, Lucas Eriksson, has answered negatively on several occasions during the last year to the question of whether any of the stolen weapons have been found.
A couple of weeks ago, Dagens Juridik was able to report that one of the Government Offices weapons was in a fraud investigation, and that a young criminal was charged with possessing the weapon after sending photographs of it to another man. But that weapon was never found. It is not the same gun that was found in the 15-year-old boy.
