The incident occurred the night between on May 9-10 at an after party with a 19-year-old high school student in Härnösand. Early in the morning, only the 19-year-old was left with a 23-year-old woman and man who accompanied the after-party through a friend.
During a police interrogation, the woman says that she went to bed in a room to sleep, but that several times the 23-year-old did not leave her alone and threatened her with a knife.
The woman then called the police and told them that the man refused to leave the apartment and threatened her with a knife. Then the 19-year-old also called the police and told them the same thing and asked the police to come. The woman also called a friend who came to the apartment and asked the man to leave the place. The 19-year-old and the woman then went to the bathroom to speak undisturbed to the police when the 23-year-old entered and stabbed the 19-year-old. While the 19-year-old was seriously injured in the bathroom, the young woman from 23 years old forced the woman to go to a bedroom and raped her under threat of a knife.
Later, the woman recounted in the interrogation that the man also forced her to go to the bathroom that night and forced her to perform oral sex under threat of death, which is equated with rape.
The police have also reported himself because it took an hour and a half after the first alarm before a patrol arrived at the scene.
