Several Premier League players have received negative publicity during quarantine after violating social distance rules.
These include José Mourinho, who was captured in the photo while training with various Tottenham players, and Moise Kean, who was forced to pay two million SEK after a party in his apartment.
Now Marcos Rojo is also at risk, due to a video uploaded by Rojo’s brother, Franco. The video was quickly removed from the brother’s account, but by then it was too late, and the video had already begun to spread on social media.
Contacted by Manchester United
In the video, Red sits and plays cards with other people while smoking a cigarette. According to the local Manchester Evening News, United noted the video and spoke to Rojo to remind him of his responsibilities as a role model and club representative.
Rojo is currently on loan to the Argentine club Estudiantes and is currently in his native Argentina.
The loans run through the summer and then the tracks have a contract with United until the summer of 2021.
