Final Fantasy VII Remake can be divided into several smaller parts. To get the continuation faster

Final Fantasy VII Remake was released in early April and delivered a decent adventure, though the game only covered the beginning of the classic game. The fact that the game would be split was widely known from before launch, but how many parts it would be is unknown. When the original three-disc version was released, it was speculated that Remaken would also be divided into three parts, but in the book Final Fantasy VII Remake Ultimania released in conjunction with the game’s release, director Tetsuya Nomura says the game can be divided into more parts than that.

In the interview with Nomura, he says that if the game is divided into large parts, it will take longer to deliver, but if they are divided into several smaller parts, they will be able to release the parts faster. Nomura goes on to say that he personally would like to release the next part as soon as possible.

Specifically, how many parts of Final Fantasy VII Remake will be divided are currently unknown, but it looks like there will be more than three. And as long as the developers deliver the same level as the first game in the series, it still feels good.
