To access the plus service, you must sign an agreement with ESMG by registering and paying the subscription fee.
ESMG continually renews and improves the plus service, which means that we can add, change and remove content and features without prior notice. ESMG reserves the right to make typographical errors on any of our sites where information about any of our plus services is provided.
Activation of the plus service
Your subscription begins when you complete the registration form and pay the fee for the plus service. This gives you access to the plus service while your subscription is running. In the event that no subscription fee is paid during the initial period (defined in your registration), the plus service starts when you complete the registration form and register a payment option.
Confirmation
Once you have registered and paid the fee for the plus service, a confirmation will be sent to you via the email address you provided when registering. The confirmation contains the terms of your subscription. The information you provided when registering will be in your account. We ask that you verify that this information is correct. If any information is incorrect, please change it through your account. You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information is correct.
Age limit
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the plus service. If you are under the age of 18, the approval of a parent or other guardian is required for you to register and use the plus service. By registering and paying the fee, you are also certifying that you have obtained such approval from a parent or other guardian. You are always considered to ensure the accuracy of the information you provide about yourself.
Subscription and termination term
Your subscription can be a permanent subscription or a fixed-term subscription. It is clear from your order and registration for the plus service whether your subscription is a permanent subscription or if it is a fixed-term one.
A permanent subscription means that you get access to the plus service for a certain period of time (usually one (1) month), which is extended for the same period if you do not cancel the subscription yourself before the period ends. If you do not want your permanent subscription to be extended, you must cancel the subscription 48 hours before the current time period expires. Termination can take place on My Page on the relevant site you are logged into.
A fixed-term subscription means that you get access to the plus service for the specified period of time and that the subscription ends automatically. A fixed-term subscription cannot be canceled early.
ESMG reserves the right to cancel your subscription, be it a permanent subscription or a fixed-term subscription, thirty (30) days in advance. ESMG also has the right to immediately cancel or freeze your subscription if ESMG suspects that you are violating these Terms.
Fee for plus service
The subscription fee for the plus service consists of a regular monthly fee and is always paid in advance. If the fee is not monthly, it is indicated in the registry. The current rate is also indicated on your record. The indicated rate includes VAT.
ESMG reserves the right to change the rate of the plus service for permanent subscriptions. The modified rate will apply from the next period, as long as you have not canceled your subscription before the period expires. A fixed-term subscription is not affected by a possible price change during the agreed binding period.
Klarna Payments
ESMG uses Klarna Payments as a payment solution. Klarna Payments presents you with certain information as soon as you are identified. The information you need to enter to achieve identification may vary between different purchases and customers. Credit information is never taken directly from Klarna Payments, but if necessary, depending on the payment option you have chosen. The credit information obtained by Klarna does not affect your creditworthiness and cannot be seen by other people who request credit information about you, such as banks. Once identified, Klarna Payments shows what options are available to you. The invoice is preselected as a payment option, but of course you can freely choose one of the other options, such as direct payment through the bank or payment by card. The options offered to you may vary from time to time. You can choose whether to protect your use of Klarna Payments with a PIN code. The Plus service can only be used for private and non-commercial use. Your subscription is personal and your rights under these Terms cannot be transferred to anyone else. You must store your user information in your account securely and inaccessible to other people. If you have any reason to suspect that your user information has been accessed by an unauthorized person, you should notify ESMG as soon as possible. You are responsible for any damages caused by an unauthorized person using your information.
You should also not use the plus service to cause ESMG or others to suffer inconvenience or damage. Please note in particular what applies to the content rights of the plus service in point 6 below.
All content provided through the plus service, such as texts, still images and moving images, graphics, drawings and data codes, is protected by copyright law (1960: 729) and the rights thereto belong to ESMG or its licensors. ESMG trademarks and trademarks are protected by trademark law. The fact that you create an account and use the plus service does not give you the right to duplicate, copy, transfer, lease, transfer or in any other way use such content that appears in the plus service, nor to use the trademarks and features of ESMG. .

Your access to the plus service depends at all times on having the necessary hardware and software, such as browser and e-mail programs, as well as subscriptions for the Internet connection. ESMG assumes no responsibility for your access to hardware and software, nor for their functionality or any costs that third parties, such as mobile phone or Internet operators, may incur in connection with your use of the plus service. The Plus service is compatible with the latest operating systems.
ESMG is not responsible for the function, availability, quality, usability or security of the plus service. This limitation of liability covers any damage, direct or indirect, that may be attributed to the use, or impediment of use, of the plus service and its contents. ESMG is not responsible for the content or information of third parties that may have obtained through the use of the plus service.
ESMG has the right to temporarily close the plus service to perform system maintenance, updates or take other technical measures. The ESMG, to the extent possible, will carry out these measures with the least possible disruption to you. ESMG is not responsible for any damage or loss that you believe you are suffering due to the access limitations of the plus service, as described above.
The Plus service may contain links to other websites controlled by third parties. ESMG is not responsible for the content and uploads of such linked websites.
ESMG reserves the right to change these Terms. A change to the terms will be effective no earlier than thirty (30) days after you have been notified of the changed terms via the email address you provided when registering for the plus service. If you do not accept the change in terms, you can cancel your subscription within the 30-day period mentioned above. Termination can be made by email to [email protected]. If you have not canceled your subscription or if you use the plus service after the new terms have taken effect, this means that you are deemed to have accepted the new modified terms.
If you register for a subscription as a private person, you have the right to cancel your purchase. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of your request for the plus service. You can notify us by contacting ESMG customer service at [email protected]. On the website of the Swedish Consumer Agency (www.konsumentverket.se) there is a form that you can use to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If the subscription has already been paid when exercising the right of withdrawal, we will refund the subscription fee. Since the payment for the plus service is made through Klarna Payments, the fee is refunded through Klarna.
You agree that ESMG may contact you through the email address you provided when registering, in order to inform you of any changes to the terms or other notices related to your subscription or the plus service.
We also use your email to send you messages related to direct marketing, such as newsletters, information and offers about the various ESMG services and brands. If you do not want to receive these messages, you can unsubscribe by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or by changing your account settings on My Page.
These Terms will be construed and applied in accordance with Swedish law. Any dispute will be resolved by a Swedish general court, with the Stockholm District Court as the first instance. Disputes may also be judged by the General Board of Complaints, whose decision is a recommendation to the parties on how the dispute should be resolved.
