Esbjörn Bolin and his representative have presented their preliminary evidence before trial in the infected dispute between him and Ebba Busch.
In it, a new witness emerges telling Aftonbladet that he had to explain to Esbjörn what the purchase contract meant.
– Esbjörn didn’t understand the meaning of the deal, he was ready to cry over the whole thing, the witness tells Aftonbladet.
The dispute over the infected property between Ebba Busch and Esbjörn Bolin, 81, will be decided in court. The conflict has been going on since August 2020 and is primarily about whether Esbjörn fully understood the circumstances surrounding the sale.
Esbjörn claims that he regretted it the next day, while Ebba Busch’s image is that the two had good contact both before and after the sale.
Esbjörn and his representative have now submitted their preliminary evidence before this fall’s trial. In it a new witness appears who will prove Esbjörn’s version.
On cross-examination with the witness, it appears that Esbjörn was at the witness’s home shortly after he signed the contract. The witness must have explained then that the purchase contract was binding, so Esbjörn felt desperate and “completely ready to cry”.

The house the parties enter is located in Uppsala.
Aftonbladet has spoken to the witness confirming the encounter. He wants to be mentioned as a close acquaintance and says that he and Esbjörn meet sometimes, but have known each other for a long time.
– The whole thing came so suddenly. I told him, when he showed me the contract, that he had signed here and so on. I don’t think he understood the meaning of the deal. Honestly, I think it was sad, I was ready to cry about the whole thing, says an acquaintance of Esbjörn.
What did Esbjörn think he was writing then?
– I really don’t know, he thought it was preliminary.
Esbjörn’s acquaintance thinks Ebba Busch should step back and withdraw the advance.
– If she’s wise, she’ll sign that agreement. I should back off, a sensible person would do that. She cares for the elderly.
– It has been poorly lit and also Ebba Busch went ahead and started attacking the plot without having taken possession of the property. I would have been mad at that too.
Witness: Esbjörn has been misinformed
He considers that the broker is also very responsible because he has not reported what the contract implied.
– Esbjörn has been misinformed, I put a lot of pressure on the person who made the agreement. This is not the way to do it, you have to make it clear what it means to the seller.
He himself thinks that everything is a sad story and he himself is sad for Esbjörn’s sake.
– He didn’t want to sell, he said that too. They were to be relics.
He says that Esbjörn goes and thinks about this a lot and that he is sad.
-I like to stand up in court and tell you about this. I will say the same there that I say to you now.
Ebba Busch has previously denied that he persuaded Esbjörn on the house deal. The KD leader believes that people with financial interests are pressuring Esbjörn not to leave home.
When Aftonbladet contacts Ebba Busch’s lawyer, Karin Björkholm, she says they have read the presentation.
