The defamation case against KD leader Ebba Busch continues. The prosecutor has now summoned the representative, whom Busch described as a criminal, for questioning.

– It feels like a natural fit, says Fredric Wikman, assistant to the plaintiff’s representative.
The questioning is scheduled for after Easter. Ebba Busch has not yet been summoned for questioning.
The case is about how Ebba Busch has spoken out on social media in relation to the house dispute in which she is involved. In a lengthy post on Facebook and Instagram on February 19, he gave his picture of the dispute, but later also pointed to the 81st – the house seller’s representative as a criminal.
On March 3, the prosecutor launched a preliminary investigation against Ebba Busch for gross libel. It has not been notified of any suspected crime.
During the course of the investigation, the KD leader has deleted the part of the Facebook post that includes the agent and his alleged crime. He has also completely removed the post on Instagram.
Busch himself declined to comment on the incident when asked questions by TT.
– Unfortunately, I need to be so sad to refer all those questions to attorney Thomas Olsson. You can ask the question many times, but I will only refer to Thomas Olsson.
Thomas Olsson:
– It is up to the prosecutor to decide how to proceed with the preliminary investigation and whether to conduct an interrogation with my client or close the preliminary investigation, he says.
