Banks where average interest rates fell the most in February

The average interest rate on three-month mortgages averaged 1.41 percent in February, 0.01 percentage points less than in January.

Landshypotek also has the lowest average interest rate this month (1.17 percent). But after Stabelo’s interest rate fell 0.05 percentage points, it differs by just 0.01 percentage points from Landshypotek. The average interest rate also fell slightly in Hypoteket and Skandia.

If we look at the middle class, we can say that SEB is the main bank with the lowest average interest rate (1.40 percent), while SBAB is now at 1.43 percent, an increase of 0.01 points. percentage.

At the bottom of the list we find several important banks. Swedbank certainly sees the biggest interest rate drop at 0.08 percentage points, but it is still well below the list with an average interest rate of 1.51 percent. In Danske, too, the average interest rate fell sharply (-0.07 percentage points), but the bank is nonetheless second to the bottom of the list.

In the giant seat, on the other hand, we find Nordea, where the average interest rate is 1.75 percent.
