Can Jakobsen win a medal?
Kristoffer Jakobsen impressed in the team competition when Sweden took silver. The seven Olympian has absolute ability to beat slalom, but has never been in the top three at the World Cup.

“BlackishBlack favorite
Austrian Marco Schwarz has already achieved combination gold and bronze in both super-G and giant slalom. Now he is the big favorite in slalom. The 25-year-old who goes by the nickname “Blacky” leads the slalom cup.

Or does Kristoffersen attack?
When Austrian sovereign Marcel Hirscher left before last season, the way seemed to be open for Norwegian Henrik Kristoffersen. It was true that last year there was a victory in the slalom cup, but this winter the star has struggled with form. However, the 26-year-old won the World Cup rematch in January.

Kristoffer Jakobsen was able to celebrate a team silver on Wednesday. The time has come for the slalom specialist's favorite discipline.

The battle of the giants
In mass starts, perhaps the most prestigious gold in the World Cup is at stake. Only 30 skiers can start on the female and male side.

Does it suit the Swedes?
Yes, there may be new medals in the World Cup final. Sprint world champion Martin Ponsiluoma has achieved the best result of the world cup in the mass start (second), Hanna Öberg took the bronze of the World Cup in the mass start last year and won the cup of the start massive in 2019. Sebastian Samuelsson has had eight tops, but has shown he can shoot well in urgent situations.

Number 4
Norwegian World Cup leader Tiril Eckhoff has won so much World Cup gold so far. Are nerves on edge for a new victory?

The phrase
“I’m so eager to feel ‘yeah, there it was.’
Linn Persson has climbed to the only podium of his career right at the massive start (third in the World Cup last season). In the WC he has been 16th as best individual (sprint) so far.

Martin Ponsiluoma and Sebastian Samuelsson have already each won an individual medal at the World Cup. Can you expand the collection of medals?
