Ebba Busch has hired two experts in the dispute with Esbjörn, 81.

Experts question the image that Esbjörn did not understand the meaning of the sale of the house.

– Support the attitude my client has had all along, says Katrin Björklund, Busch’s attorney.

Aftonbladet recently revealed that Ebba Busch demanded access to psychological investigations on Esbjörn 81. The investigations were presented by Esbjörn’s legal representative as evidence that he did not fully understand the house’s treatment.

Ebba Busch immediately agreed to the investigations and hired two experts. Jan Marcusson, chief physician and professor of geriatrics at Linköping University Hospital and neuropsychologist Christian Oldenburg, who among other things works at Danderyd Hospital.

In a presentation to the Uppsala District Court, Ebba Busch’s lawyer, Katrin Björklund, summarizes what the two experts have come up with.

The house that everything is about.

No evidence found

Marcusson does not consider Esbjörn to be “incapable of making decisions.” Rather, the study suggests that it has a “high level of cognitive function.” Oldenburg believes that the survey shows that Esbjörn is an independent person. He finds no evidence that the 81-year-old man was impaired in such a way that he did not understand the meaning of his own legal action.

The two experts conclude that the Esbjörn investigation has been carried out “primarily for legal purposes”.

Other people in the background

Ebba Busch had previously told Aftonbladet that he sensed Esbjörn fully understood the significance of the sale of the house, something his lawyer also writes in the filing with the Uppsala District Court.

“What made Esbjörn want to go back some time after the agreement was signed and not complete it has yet to be clarified for my client, although the picture may be starting to clear up a bit.” writes Busch’s attorney, Katrin Björklund, in the petition.

What is it that has begun to clear up?

– There are other people who in various ways made me not want to complete the deal, says Björklund.

Aftonbladet has contacted Esbjörn’s legal representative, Johann Binninge. It rejects the comments, claiming that it does not have the necessary knowledge to evaluate the expert’s statement. However, he will review it with the psychologist who has done the research on Esbjörn.

Ebba Busch criticizes DN and representatives of Esbjörn

On Friday afternoon, Ebba Busch posted a lengthy post on her Facebook page about the house dispute. In the post, he harshly attacks Esbjörn’s legal representative and asks him if he really represents Esbjörn’s will. He also criticizes Dagens Nyheter for posting drone photos of the house, something he believes is to carelessly treat the safety of her and her family.

She ends the post with the words:

“Since September, I have been willing to meet and try to solve this problem. They have refused. The only civilized way to solve such a situation with the law, money and threats involved is to let a judge try to help us. The first meeting from September will take place now in March and then I sincerely hope that this can be ended one way or another.
