The announcement comes three days after Trump was acquitted in the Supreme Court, and on the same day that he and Rudy Giuliani are sued by Democratic Congressman Bennie Thompson.
They are sued for inciting the assault on the Capitol and for failed attempts to cancel the election result.
After the election, Rudy Giuliani, a former mayor of New York, traveled the country trying to persuade his supporters and authorities that the vote was a huge scam, something completely unfounded.
He did not represent Trump on the Supreme Court
Giuliani will not represent Trump under any circumstances in the future, Donald Trump spokesman Jason Miller told the Daily Mail.
“Mayor Giuliani does not represent President Trump in any legal context,” Miller told the newspaper.
Jason Miller tells the newspaper that Rudy Giuliani helped Donald Trump with the defense before the Supreme Court, even though he was not the former president’s lawyer, referring to the fact that he himself spoke at a meeting that caused the storm, and for therefore it could have been a witness.
