Amanda Hill ready for Warberg

The SSL table is more fluid than in many years.

Warberg has been responsible for the club’s best season in history, but despite that, a playoff spot is far from a given.

Now, however, they are really strengthening the team.

Amanda Hill removes her goalie mask again and returns to SSL.

– It feels fun to be back in the field. I felt finished with floorball this spring and Warberg was clear immediately after our transfer to the resort that the games weren’t relevant. But after training a couple of times with the team in the fall, I felt the joy of playing came sneakily. When the question arose whether I could imagine myself playing the rest of the season, it was an easy decision to make. Hopefully he can contribute to the team both in terms of play and experience, says the 26-year-old.

It was this spring that Amanda Hill left Dalarna and the main club Kais Mora.

Instead, he moved to Warberg, abandoning his Floorball career and focusing on his new banking job.

But now the goalkeeper is ready to help Warberg to his first Swedish Championship play-off.

Together with Hanna Svensson, who was selected to the national team on Thursday, he will form SSL’s best goalkeeping duo.

– The spring season will be exciting with the playoffs as the goal. There are plenty of points to be played and it will likely be a close race until the final sprint of the series, says Amanda Hill.

Amanda Hill has the gold of the Swedish Championship and the World Cup on her list of merits. She was also named SSL’s Best Goalkeeper in the 2018/19 season.
