Democrats are preparing to take Trump to court on Monday.

Democratic Congressman Ted Lieu, along with two other members, began drafting the proposal to put the president on trial for incitement while he was hiding on Capitol Hill when Congress stormed on January 6. On Saturday night, Ted Lieu announced the Twitter that the proposal now has up to 180 signatures and that the process of bringing the president before the Supreme Court for the second historic time may begin on Monday.
