It was 10:53 a.m. Sunday morning when police were alerted to the incident. Several police patrols, including a canine patrol, went to the scene.
– We have a caller who alerts us and tells us that it is a naked man who is on the ice rink. He’s only been naked but that’s enough for us and we go to the scene and check the man, says Evelina Olsson at the police command center.
The man, in his 30s, was found by canine patrol and arrested on suspicion of sexual harassment.
He and the witnesses will now be questioned.
Police are seeking information from the public on the incident, as they are said to have seen it in the area before.
– We have received information that this man has been seen in the area several times in recent weeks. Then it must have been undressed too. We would like to get in touch with people who have been exposed to it. We are interested in all the information, says Evelina Olsson.
