About 20 people collided outdoors in the center of Klippan shortly after noon on New Year’s Eve. In connection with this, a man in his 20s was taken by ambulance to hospital with stab or cut wounds.
The crime is being investigated as an assassination attempt and the police managed to arrest two suspects overnight, who were later arrested. The area will be examined by police technicians.
According to the Skåne Region, the man is seriously injured, but not life-threatening.
– Now they work mainly with interrogations and also with the mapping of what happened, says Sara Andersson, press spokeswoman for the police in the southern region on Friday morning.
