– The first night, Dad, my sister and our partners were searching the field and we continued searching day and night, says Malin Hällberg.
How are your thoughts
– You wonder what happened to him. We heard yesterday that she may have been seen walking down E4 in the direction of the dog racing track and then a jump was lit, although this should have been last Saturday. Police and Missing Persons have searched the nearby forest for trails, but we don’t know for sure if she was the one seen, so they are looking elsewhere as well.
When was the last time you had contact with her?
– We saw each other on Friday night, but other family members met her last Saturday. Since then, we haven’t heard from her.
Is there anything else you can tell him?
– Yes, he has difficulty walking, so I don’t think he walked that far from where the car was found. She has felt bad at times and may be confused, but when she feels good she is the kindest and kindest person in the world and we just want to be found.
The last trace of Carola is that the car was found on a road in Boviken. Police have been searching for her since Sunday and hundreds of people participated in the Missing Persons search on Monday, which continued on Tuesday. Many have also gotten involved with Facebook and in other ways have tried to spread the word.
What about the commitment?
– It is absolutely amazing! We are so infinitely grateful when we see all of humanity. We just hope people keep applying, that they don’t give up. Even if a few days have passed and the hope of finding her alive diminishes, we will continue, says Malin Hällberg.
– Both the police and the Missing Persons do a great job and we hope that everyone who has the opportunity will contact the Missing Persons and help so that we can search as large an area as possible. Family members want everyone living in the Kåge and Skellefteå area to check all the spaces in their premises. This also applies to those with summer houses in the Kåge, Boviken, Fällbäcken, Bjässviken and Skellefteå area.
