Sweden lost their chance to advance to the semifinals after a 24-22 loss to Denmark on Friday, but they are yet to finish playing in the tournament.

Against Montenegro on Sunday, it was the opponents who went straight in the first half and the numbers were written at 16-10 when the first half ended.

Sweden had a stronger second half and, above all, Linn Blohm, who scored eight goals in the match, showed the way. But the second half was a draw and Sweden lost the match 31-25.

Dissatisfied with defensive play

– Montenegro was clearly the best of the whole course, says expert Johanna Ahlm on TV6.

– You didn’t make it to the defensive game. There were few players who were really good.

Jamina Roberts is not happy with the defensive game either.

– In the back we have bigger problems than we have had so far in the tournament, he says on TV6.

– There is some negligence combined with getting really bad about it.

Sweden’s last game in the tournament will be played against France on Tuesday.
