Federley: Never put my daughter in danger
On Facebook, Fredrick Federley also writes about the decision to end his political career. He writes that it has become impossible for him to recover from his sick leave due to the rumors, speculation, and half-truths now circulating around him.
“I know that I have made mistakes in judgment in the past year. But I want to make it clear that I have never exposed my daughter to danger. “
He continues:
“I do not tolerate heinous, unforgivable and horrible crimes committed by someone close to me in the past. Those who have tried to paint a different picture really have no idea who I am.”

It was at the end of November that Federley, a member of the European Parliament and vice president of the Center Party, announced that he was taking a break from politics.

Many questions remain
Center Party Secretary Michael Arthursson says the party leadership has not asked Federley to resign. It was his own decision.
