Police report that several hitherto unknown men seriously abused a woman in her 20s on Friday night in Borås.
According to the police, a car stopped next to the victim and his friends, after which several people got out and started chasing them. Two of them escaped, but the third woman caught up with the men. After the assault, the victim was taken by ambulance to the hospital.
– She is badly beaten, says police spokesman Hans-Jörgen Ostler, who goes on to explain that the details of the course of events are still unclear.
– It’s not very clear. The whole event has been a bit complicated. The police need some time there.
The number of perpetrators is not yet clear and Hans-Jörgen Ostler says that the police do not want to come out with any information. The investigation is in an early stage.
