Regions of the country are expected to begin vaccination in early 2021. Stock photo.
The COVID-19 vaccine, which is described as a ray of light after a dark year of pandemic, is expected to arrive in Sweden soon.
If the vaccine is approved, doses will begin to be distributed among the regions in January and February.
Vaccination is expected to be as extensive as where you live.
Sweden has signed agreements with a total of five different vaccine manufacturers. If the vaccine is approved, hundreds of thousands of doses are expected to be delivered in all 21 regions of the country by 2021. All vaccines, regardless of manufacturer, are administered in two rounds.
Now there is information on how many doses of vaccines reach each region and how many people are affected by the first round of vaccines in January and February.
