Rolf Antti, Head of Personnel Services for the Västerbotten Region, criticizes the announcement. He believes that this may give a false impression that Västerbotten offers higher compensation than other regions.

Björn Lindtorp, CEO of Sverek, regrets the wording of the text.
– It is a formulation that I find clearly inappropriate and contrary to our values. I understand that you react to that. We have spoken with the employee in question who expressed remorse over the text message. In addition, we have revised our communication routines to reduce the risk of something similar happening again, he tells SVT.

– I understand it perfectly, at the same time that I want to clarify that it is an individual employee who has acted inappropriately.
