78-year-old Democrat Joe Biden won the 2020 US presidential election. Biden served as vice president to Barack Obama from 2009 to 2017. Before that, he was a senator from Delaware for 36 years.

Donald Trump is the father of five children and is in his third marriage. He has been married to the Slovenian American Melania Trump since 2005.
Trump is the first American president who has no experience as an elected politician or military man.
