Landshypotek consolidates its position as the player with the lowest average interest rate. In November, it landed at 1.18 percent, 0.06 percentage points less than the previous month.
Number two on the list is Stabelo, which offers mortgages to Avanza and Nordnet clients. The average interest rate in November was 1.24 percent, compared to 1.28 percentage points in October.
If instead we drop to the middle of the list, there is, among other things, the government mortgage giant SBAB with 1.43 percent, down from 1.46 percent last month. There we also find SEB, which is the main bank with the lowest average interest rate, 1.45 percent, 0.04 percentage points less.
At the bottom of the list, we again find Nordea at 1.78 percent. Danske Bank now ranks second at the bottom at 1.74 percent, 0.07 percentage points higher than in October.
