Five associations in Värmland receive a Christmas grant of SEK 10,000 from Länsförsäkringar Värmland.
– It is always important to share, but this year we believe it is very important, says Tommy Ernerudh, director of communications and director of sustainability at Länsförsäkringar Värmland, in a press release.
In common with the associations that receive the Christmas gift is that they work for a better daily life for both young and old who do not have the economic opportunity that many take for granted.
The associations are Julänglarna in Karlstad, Majblomman in Arvika, A better Christmas in Sunne, Majblomman in Torsby and Karl-Bertil Jonsson’s Christmas bag in Kristinehamn.
– Due to the pandemic, not as many people and companies have had the opportunity to support these associations to the same extent as before. So it feels great that we can get involved and help give more people, not fewer children, the chance to have a slightly better Christmas than they would have otherwise, says Tommy Ernerudh.
